When looking for a coworking space in Valencia, fixed and flexible mean more than two different prices. They differ in desk assignment, how often you can come and how you organise your dates. Before choosing, sketch out a realistic week: how many days will you work in the space, and what will you bring?
What having a fixed desk means
A fixed desk at Flama Hub is an assigned desk. You can choose 242,00 € per month including VAT with a minimum commitment of 3 months, or 260,15 € with no minimum commitment. Both plans follow the coworking opening hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–19:00.
An assigned desk can be useful if you want a regular location or will work here often. If you want to leave a monitor or other equipment, first check the arrangements and conditions. Having an assigned desk does not automatically include a safekeeping service.
What changes with the monthly flexible
The flexible plan costs 199,65 € per month including VAT and gives access 2–3 days per week. Consider it when you divide your work between coworking, home, clients or another office. It does not provide unlimited access or guarantee the same desk every day.
If your days change each week, tell the team and confirm the dates. A flexible schedule still needs to fit the available desks: choosing a monthly plan does not make every day available.

For example, if you need to come five days every week, the flexible plan’s limit does not fit that routine. If you come two days and bring your laptop, it is worth comparing. day passes and multi-day passes.
Measure the equipment you need on your desk
Flama Hub has 6 desks measuring 140 × 80 cm and two measuring 180 × 60 cm. A longer desk is not necessarily more comfortable for every setup: depth matters when you use a screen and keyboard. Not every desk is free or offered with every plan.
- Write down the dimensions of the monitor or the material with which you work.
- Think about whether you need a regular location or can change desks.
- Please explain if your activity includes frequent calls or meetings.
- Ask to see a table consistent with your modality during your visit.
Minimum commitment, start date and plan changes
The lower fixed-desk price requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. The fixed plan without a minimum commitment has a different price. Check the contract conditions and start date before committing, and ask how to report changes or departure. Do not infer a notice period from the name of a plan.
