Looking for a shared office in Valencia? Start by deciding what you need to rent: a desk, several workstations or a room for your exclusive use. The wording of a listing alone will not tell you whether you will share the working area or which spaces you can use.
An assigned desk is not a private office
An assigned desk tells you which workstation is yours; it does not make the surrounding area your exclusive office. Ask who shares the space, whether you can receive visitors and where longer conversations take place. Room availability must be confirmed separately.
Compare offers against the same working day
Preparing documents on your laptop and hosting a client for a whole morning, for example, call for different arrangements. Explain how you will use the space before comparing prices. Ask for a quote that specifies the number of desks, dates, hours, included services and total including VAT; a desk price and a price for an entire room are not directly comparable.
If you need to store materials or leave a monitor between visits, ask for the specific terms. Do not assume that mail handling, business address services or visitor access are included either: check if your work requires them.
What to ask about at Flama Hub
Flama Hub offers coworking desks at Calle Doctor Sanchis Bergón, 5, in the Botànic area, near El Carmen. A fixed plan gives you an assigned desk; the monthly flexible plan allows 2–3 days a week without an assigned desk, subject to availability. Requesting a desk does not mean booking a private office.
Public opening hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 19:00. We are closed to the public on public holidays; exceptional access must be agreed personally with each coworker. Day and hourly passes do not include the meeting room or printing.
Leave your visit with a clear proposal
Ask to see the area for your chosen plan and get written confirmation of what you are booking, the start date and the terms. If you need privacy or want to receive clients, clarify this before signing up. A visit helps you assess the fit; it does not hold a desk or add services to your plan.
