Coworking prices in Valencia: a practical guide

To compare coworking prices in Valencia, start with the full amount: what you will pay including VAT, and how many days you need to work outside your home. Then check whether you have an assigned desk, which services you can use and whether there is a minimum commitment. Monthly plans and day passes meet different needs.

Flama Hub prices with VAT included

Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–19:00. Day and hourly passes exclude the meeting room and printing. Flexible plans and multi-day passes do not assign a desk and depend on availability for your dates.

Calculate the cost per day you actually plan to use

Divide the monthly price by the number of days you expect to attend. For example, with the prices in this guide, 20 days of use on a fixed plan with a 3-month minimum works out at 12,10 € per day including VAT. This is a way to compare your budget: the contract remains monthly with a minimum commitment of 3 months, even if you attend fewer days.

For eight separate days, eight day passes total 145,20 € including VAT. For 12 days, the total is 217,80 €. The monthly flexible plan costs 199,65 €, but access is limited to 2–3 days per week, subject to availability. Matching the total number of days in the month is not enough.

Compare services before comparing amounts

• Desk: a fixed plan gives you an assigned desk; flexible access does not guarantee the same desk each day.
• Meetings and printing: ask about conditions if they are necessary for your work. They are not included in daily and hour passes.
• Schedule: confirms that the 08:30 to 19:00 range matches your calls or meetings.
• Duration: compare the plan without a minimum commitment with the 3-month minimum plan according to how long you can commit.

Flama Hub has 140 × 80 cm and 180 × 60 cm desks. If you use a monitor, drawing materials or other equipment, mention its dimensions when arranging a visit. The available desk depends on your plan and dates.

The five-day pass is not an unlimited week

The pass costs 90,75 € including VAT and covers five days within the same calendar month. Unused days cannot be carried over to another month. At these prices, it costs the same as five day passes; it does not include a per-day discount. Before choosing it, check your dates and the conditions of use.
